From us doesn't know songs: about Karolince, what went to Gogolina, whether about the maiden, what it to the walking stick sold...? There is such place, on suburb of Opole, in whom quite often it is possible to hear recalled melodies. It is possible here also to bake bread. To buy the gallon of honey. To get the wooden or clay cockerel, or a proverbial rocking horse. To undergo the kroszonkarski course. Or simply to be oblivious to the whole world and to plunge into climates of the Opole village from before 50, 100, not to say 200 years.

Open-air ethnographic museum of the Opole Village - situated Bierkowice Opole oneself by the outlet High Street from Opole to Wrocław. in a photo wejscie to original muzeum-dawne surrounding the country church. In the museum in the open air it is possible to look to It is easy to recognize the cottage of the lout, not only after dimensions, the equipment or the bigger granary, but also after... filled on the door iron nails (for them więcej-tym wealthier host, hee hee...)
Historic well at the monastery
farm buildings młynarza-bogacza Windmills, as the truth at present aren't being started, but.... Watermill (with the wooden mechanism!) is acting as the brand new. another snapshot of a watermill It is possible to watch theses traditional cottages less equipped bogatych-całkowicie.... ... to come e.g. into the chamber, on wycug, to the chimney...
... to sit for a while at the fire in white, or at the black chamber. on this photograph (done late jesienią-stąd colours...) cottage, in whom still in years 70 of the ones a family lived in the 20th century (!), at one time blast it (then a chimney was built on) cottage:) Either highest, but of theses the oldest cottage in Bierkowicach. For touring they are inviting granaries - court and peasant... ... roadside shrines... the one on the snapshot around (with Jan with Nepomucen)... ... belfries...
... wooden (larch) small church from the beginning of the XVII age...
(Peculiarly on Opole Silesia wooden churches constitute the characteristic group of kept up till today monuments of wooden buildings. The majority from them built stayed in the XVII and XVIII century)

Equipment of this temple classical - the altar, balusters, the confessional, the pulpit baptismal font. But something is still... unusual wooden epitaphs devoted to the departeds for country children. the most wooden small churches (almost in the every second village it is possible still today to watch in north-east areas of the province (it is worthwhile!). In in one piece (small after all) province is of them... law of 70! Opole it is a region of the traditional culture and the folklore, cultivated by the autochthonous Silesian population. Local dialect (blend of 3 tongues - Polish, Czech and German). Kroszonki (Easter coloured and scratched with the traditional method eggs - it is worthwhile reminding the Apiary that the oldest Polish painted eggs were discovered in the Opole town, on an island just - in the place, where today the Opole amphitheatre is standing). An Opole folk art is also beautiful dresses, the naive painting, products of clay, wood, or straw (most beautiful in the country of the crown and wreaths żniwne-w open-air ethnographic museum for admiring every year during the regional harvest festival in bulk) Opolszczyzna is a land of honey take on Jan's Homeland Dzierżonia - lighted for a bee-keeper and first on this land of the researcher of their customs.
Museum of the Opole Village in Opole it is an only museum in the open air in the Opolskiem province, but one thing around four of this kind, midwives in historical borders of Silesia. Apart from buildings and equipping them he administers the considerable amount of agricultural machines. The Opole open-air ethnographic museum lives all through the year. apart from touring buildings and the beautiful green land offers numerous fairs to tourists (biggest - into every Palm Sunday) and different interesting parties, like e.g. the Holiday of Honey, the Harvest festival, the day of the child. He is organising excellent drama performances in the open air - museum np exhibit items constitute the decoration series . Fantastic the organised here painting open airs are a matter. In biggest of granaries it is possible then to admire works of visual artists (of professionals, as well as children). And how we will weaken? It is worthwhile in the old inn trying local delicacies (it is obvious - are best - the Silesian soup made from fermented rye flour, dumpling with the cornflower blue cabbage and the meat roll, whether obligatorily- sweet kołocz). I did this photograph just during the Easter Fair, but... usually, to the chow in the inn of the open-air ethnographic museum saliva is rising the same:) The Opole village is diversifying to two fundamental regions divided with the Oder: Opolszczyzna right-bank (with kept and cultivated wooden buildings) and Opolszczyzna left-bank (where a mushroom growth of half-timbered and built buildings followed). On this snapshot traditional - wooden On the area of the Museum 9 homesteads were created from the region oleskiego and Opole. one from the region nyskiego.
He is a curiosity, that main design features of buildings XIX-wiecznych and of homesteads discovered in the early-medieval town on Ostrówku in Opole are almost identical. Moreover on the land of the Museum bed there are self-contained buildings of the public usefulness so as: the recalled already church, the school, the tower, the inn, the shop and slowly standing houses, the smithy, chapels and two windmills. On this photograph - former hospital, that is... shelter for old and ailing. Probably I am starting understanding the fear of old peasants of going to... of hospital (in today's meaning it was something in between with the shelter, but the hospice). And it is a beautiful pigsty (one around a few in this open-air ethnographic museum). unfortunately - now didn't settle... And something larger than the pigsty - smithy. in spite of, that wooden and jeruńsko old is acting up till today. blacksmith (real!) he is talking and he is cramming. And who is able to him to flutter one's eyelashes, it apart from the information and interesting stories will take out the small, fresh forged horseshoe e.g. from the open-air ethnographic museum. Fortunately. Either already - school. In the museum the school put up at the cottage at one time admittedly who wasn't a school, but in turn inside faithfully an appearance was reconstructed country szkółki-jednoklasowej,... .... as well as living quarters rechtora the room and the kitchen.
At school they apart from furniture of a lot of showpieces, as textbooks, materials and the school equipment, old photographs, some of them already gathered almost forgotten - e.g. different devices to And it is a dovecote (Silesians are famous up till today out of love to these birds). The Opole open-air ethnographic museum great is pretending the natural village. within homesteads vegetable patches were reconstructed, with herbs and flower, surrounded with żerdziowymi and sztachetowymi rumours.
On field ancient plants are being planted, so as flax, the parsnip, the millet and the buckwheat. close by a stud of horses is situated, so we also in the vicinity have walking touts. It is possible to start many of exhibit items, to touch. On the fence they are drying buncloki. Well whirl. On the area a crane and a few pumps are a museum.
And still pair of snapshots. Insides of cottages.... ... from different ages. In order just enough exactly to visit the entire open-air ethnographic museum it is necessary to have at least one and a half - till two hours.
Something for nonmotorized - from the city centre it is easiest to reach on bus of line 9.
And something for economical - entering Mondays completely for free:)

Takie miejsca zawsze chętnie odwiedzam i miło spędzam w nich czas.
Równie ciekawym skansenem jest Nadwiślański Park Etnograficzny w Wygiełzowie.Byłam tam wieki temu,do dziś miło wspominam tamte chwile.
